Clear Mind
Is it just a buzzword or is it an obtainable goal for everyone?
What does it mean to have a clear mind?
What can you do to clarify your mind?
Clarity of mind can be viewed as a state, in which you do not act reactively, but always act with an intention that you consider appropriate. Not bursting some words of excuse when somebody fives you words of constructive criticism, but analyzing those words, choosing appropriate reaction and acting on it mindfully.
Humans have been trying to reach clarity for ages, so you are not on your own on this.
Buddhism has historically focused on cultivating positive mental health, emphasizing the development of mental balance through practices like meditation. Western psychology and Buddhist thought both recognize the importance of mental balance for well-being, proposing models that incorporate conative, attentional, cognitive, and affective balances (Wallace et al., 2006).
Routines
We are a creatures of habit.
But we are also the ones setting up those habits!
You need around 3 weeks to engrave your routine into your mind
Creating a routine that helps you with your focus and productivity takes almost no time - 3 weeks in human lifespan is a glimpse in comparison of what a well made routine can do for you.

Goals
Setting a clear goal = clear mind.
Goal setting is a discipline of humans that is getting a lot of attention, and it makes so much sense: in todays world we are being bombarded with ideas of who you should be. Taking on these external goals as yours can be misleading - you need to think deeply about what you really want and what makes you happy.
What do clever people say about this?
Impact of Goal Clarity on Organizational Wellbeing: A study within the Church of Sweden found that work with goal clarity positively impacts organizational wellbeing, which is expected to, in turn, enhance employee wellbeing. The study also found that older employees were more engaged in goal clarity work, while younger employees felt they had more influence, suggesting different generational responses to goal clarity initiatives (Hansson & Anderzén, 2009).
Goal Setting and Learning Behavior: Research on top management teams shows that goal clarity and focused communication positively influence team effectiveness, including task performance, relationship quality, and member satisfaction. This study highlights the importance of clear goals and effective communication for organizational leadership and success (Bang, Fuglesang, Ovesen, & Eilertsen, 2010).
Creative Daily Scheduling: Individualizing daily routines to reflect personal lifestyle preferences can enhance participation in meaningful activities and reduce challenging behaviors. Tailoring routines to accommodate individual needs offers increased control over daily life, highlighting the importance of flexible and personalized daily routines for mental health (Brown, 1991).
Clear Knowing and Mindfulness: Early Buddhist discourses highlight the collaboration between mindfulness (sati) and clear knowing (sampajañña), suggesting that mindfulness provides a bare or receptive awareness, while clear knowing contributes a cognizing or recognizing function. This partnership is crucial for achieving mental clarity in various contexts, including daily life and meditative practices.
